“Came in yesterday for a nose piercing, the staff made me feel very comfortable & talked me through all the ins and outs all while making the time I spent there stress free. The lovely lady that did my piercing consistently made sure I was happy with the placement before hand and the experience was quick & pain free! Would also like to say the young girl they had on seeing the piercing through to learn how to do it herself is going to go very far, brilliant customer service! “The children's clothing in monsoon is beautiful and the reason I was there although they didn't have the size I needed for the item I went for, the store is bigger than I was expecting, it was well laid out, it was a bit messy but they had black friday sales going on. Staff were well presented and polite. The store is fully accessible to wheelchairs and prams”
