“I was a start stopper of all gyms but I came back to active one week ago to get me back in shape and I felt so welcomed by staff and other users. I was so nervous to go to aqua fit and all members and the coach were brilliant even a member of staff put on a coffee and biscuit morning for free not always but it was nice to sit and chat.”

“Lloyd was a great host and the escape room was top notch. Went for my sons 11th birthday and we played the scare floor one (great for Monsters Inc fans). Really well set up, some tricky puzzles and Lloyd shouts up when you are going in the wrong direction.. definitely recommend.”

“Natalie has been walking Stella since she’s been old enough to go for walks, and did puppy visits before that. She’s helped with training, socialising and so much more! We know our girl is in the safest of hands with Natalie, and judging from the pictures and how tired she is when she gets home, she has a great time too! “Fabulous gym. I started 6 years ago when my son was in a ninjas class to fill the time, I go 3-4 times a week now and it’s been amazing for my fitness and energy. I’ll be going for black belt at my next grading! It’s totally inclusive, everyone is encouraged to reach their best regardless of age, fitness level etc. Lots of different classes to choose from in timetable and great facilities. Top class coaches who invest in all students. My daughter goes now as well and she loves it. Welcoming, respectful culture. Very lucky to have this place round the corner. I’d recommend it to anyone.”
