“When I say this place is the best I cannot thank them enough so I took my car to Audi themselves for a problem with my car just stopping mid driving Audi said they did a diagnostic test and couldn’t find fault then wanted to extort £450 out of me to further test anyway less about them I got recommended by another garage to go here within two days my problem was fixed turned out to be the variable timing or something kept well informed throughout the process and the problem was fixed for £650 where as Audi wanted £3000 upwards without even knowing for sure what the issue was …. “10/07/23.. Jaguar XF .. oil filter housing leak This garage is a superb family run business. I took my Jag XF as engine was leaking oil. Car ready the same day to collect. Car required a gasket so a week later returned to the garage. Upon inspection of the car the Glynn, the garage owner stated that the initial repair had been good, there was no longer an oil leak and therefore advised that it did not need further unnecessary work. Our family have used this garage for approximately 10 years for various car faults and every time the repairs and service are brilliant.”

“Never had any issues with United Auto Parts, very educated and highly recommend, neighbors of mine who are always willing to help. A humble reply to Abdi Jama below, he asked for a guarantee on a bulb he fitted 15 days ago, not 7 or 14, but 15 days ago, nobody gives "guarantees" on bulbs once fitted with out diagnostics reports from the manufacturer on a bulb, it worked for 15 days then went out. He most likely fitted it incorrectly (never touch the glass on any halogen or xenon bulb) in addition to this, he is a taxi driver, who's bulbs would be used excessively and they don't exactly drive the most carefully. Potholes, bumps, braking and stopping excessively can easily make a filament in a bulb dislodge thus blowing the bulb. Questioning things like warranty ad guarantee without knowing the difference? The receipt simply says - one h11 bulb, no mention of anything else. Very rude customer, just makes demands without wanting to understand and listen.”
