Sharon provides a very tranquil environment where you can truly unwind which, for someone like me born with a spring for a backbone, isn't easy! The back, neck and shoulder massage was perfectly tailored to my needs after an initial consultation. Sharon also welcomes feedback during the therapy session to optimise attention in the areas most affected. This really made it effective and the calming music only added to the sense of escapism. “The Retreat is a lovely relaxing haven in the centre of Rochdale. All the girls there are absolutely lovely, they can't do enough to make your visit feel special. I usually go for the amazing hot stone massage but last time I tried the steam pods as well which were fab, could have staying in there for hours.
