“For many years I've been hesitant to book a consultation at Flex, due to my physical/mental health currently. However, a few months ago I took the leap and got intouch with Justina and I do not regret it one bit. We did a consultation, and then completed 5 sessions. Justina is very motivational, understanding, and gets results. I have changed many lifestyle habits already and mentally after each session, I feel great. I have now booked 5 further sessions, and I will be seeking more as time goes on. “This is our 2nd visit here ( we dont live locally) so our visita are far apart. The food on both occasions was delicious. We shared the CAMEMBERT for two, with 4 slices of toasted Ciabatta and red onion relish. Extremely tasty. I had the Lentil Cottage pie with vegetables. Really tasty. Hunters chicken was very tasty too. We ate outside. Then went inside for a coffee and to investigate this lovely old house. I read and looked at the photographs on the walls and found out it had belonged to The Boddington Family. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly.”

“Hey fabulous how it is for kids and the adult, s get the same treatment as you would a toddler.. I don't want to go on about it but I don't know how to put it nice... 256 is great but u can not get in unless you are a student... I love that place and I have been in the place for the best part of my life but I'm not allowed to have a good time in there as I am not a student.. I think students are going to regret the loss of the intelligence offered by the local people who are connected to the area and have a good account of the situation we are all living in the UK... I miss mingling and we are just going out for a few beers and a good time down the local pub... I will check out who to complain to then apply for a new world order for the sake of the party to be some what special for both young and old ish...”

“I was recommended to visit Mr Lambe when I decided to have a breast enlargement, he was extremely thorough in my consultation and asked to see me again before we went ahead with the surgery to ensure I was completely happy to go through with it. He uses 3D goggles which give you a really good idea how you will look with different sizes. I am currently 10 days post op and I am delighted with my results! They look so natural (which was very important to me) I am so happy now when I look in the mirror! Mr Lambe is such a professional and a perfectionist which is clear in his amazing work! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my body. I would recommend him to anybody, you will be in very safe hands. “I’m not a great fan of Cheshire East Council, some of their services are really poor. However Oakenclough Family Hub is excellent. It is a really outstanding facility for children. The stay & play, sensory room, toy library and cafe are absolutely outstanding. The building is modern and well thought out and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Why haven’t all councils got facilities like Oakenclough ? Well done Cheshire East.”

“Great coffee and atmosphere! Stopped by Starbucks today and had such a pleasant experience. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly — exactly how I like it. The place was clean, cozy, and had a nice vibe to relax or get some work done. Loved the aroma of fresh coffee and the calm background music. Definitely coming back for another cup soon!”
