“Top guys, having always used main dealers to fix and service my cars, I decided to give MC Autos ago after reading the reviews. They did not disappoint. I had an issue with my rear breaks and the service was due. They told me to bring the car down right away so they could have a look at the break issue. “I had an issue with my work van where the check engine light kept flashing up and I urgently needed to use my van last week. I phoned Parkway and explained the situation, spoke to a lady called Sophia. She said they were really busy but if I could bring it in at that moment, she would see what she could sort. Long story short, it was an incredibly easy fix and I was out of there after an hour. They wouldn’t accept any money because they just needed to tighten something under the bonnet, but I was more than happy to pay because they had been so accommodating. I’m also convinced that if I had gone to another garage, they would’ve seen a damsel in distress and most likely made out I needed hundreds of pounds of work doing to it!
