“These guys are legendary at customer service. Every other Audi authorised dealer (including the main dealer) wanted THOUSANDS to replace the dynamic air suspension pump, my man got it up and running again for £70. Then, when the time came to actually replace the air suspension pump, these guys did it for about 10% of the costs of the main dealer and super quick. Every time I need a little job on my Audi Q7, these guys jump on it like super hero’s, parts always available, rapid fitting and if anything has ever gone wrong, they always fix it, no matter how long or how many times I’ve been back. You don’t find people like this on the auto business, so if your Audi needs parts or TLC (at these low prices, you get them small issues you been putting off fixed too) call the amazing chaos at Q7 parts. Where is the 10 star review button ...... I would still award more stars if I could.”
