“Can't recommend them enough. I took my straight piped golf tdi to them a few months ago for a remap and hardcut/deepidle and was blown away by the results. I have an E92 M57 330d now which had clogged up swirl flaps and dpf too. Of course I had to contact redline again after the amazing job they already did and once again they delivered mighty results. All the issues are fixed and the remap is absolutely incredible. This car pulls like a train now. Their remaps are the perfect balance of performance and reliability with a very enjoyable power delivery. I will bring all my future projects here and recommend you to do so aswell!”

“I had a snapped/hanging heat shield that was rattling its head off after I hit a speed bump. Spoke to these guys and they booked me in on a day I had already booked off work (within a week). I took my car in today, they inspected and fixed the issue for a great price. All the staff are really helpful and the place seems very well organised (I had my car back within an hour or so). Front of house office was a nice, clean, tidy welcoming place to be, and again, staff very helpful, welcoming and informative. Definitely found my new garage for servicing, MOT and repairs. Very fair charges, good workmanship, friendly, helpful, reassuring, and quick to undertake the work needed to be done. Bredbury railway station and bus stops are adjacent if you haven't got a lift to/from the garage. Highly recommended!”

“HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!”

“100% recommend. Just go to this place. I damaged my paintwork by careless clay baring my new car. Honestly it was horrendous, scratched headlights, plastic trims, paintwork... I had the car for about a week, mortified. All the above was no problem for Chris to sort out. Decided to go with a 3 year ceramic coat as well as the paint correction. Chris fully explained the process, suggested future best practices and was just so knowledgeable. If you research this place you will see that Chris can also does leather repairs, paint protection films...the works to an amazing standard. I'm really protective over my car's and Chris didn't mind one bit, a truly understanding professional. Thanks once again Chris for saving my paintwork and answering all my questions.”

“Amazing garage! Used them for the first time the other day, and they found the problem straight away. I found them on a whim after another garage told me it looks like the head gasket had blown, and I'd need to take it somewhere else (it wasn't the head gasket after all). I'm so glad I did! “XXXXxxxx____I loved The Service From This Garage____xxxxXXXX I took my car to this Vehicle Body Repair Shop, I met Ozzy he welcomed me and I explained my demise, we went out of the shop as he wanted to see the vehicle to assess the damage. He gave me professional guidance and advice which stood out for me:- 1) He raised a quotation and contacted the insurer directly (which took a lot of hustle of me). 2) He contacted me to give me updates from the agreement with the insurer to when I was supposed to bring the vehicle. 3) The day I was given to collect the vehicle was the agreed day and the vehicle was cleaned, polished and ready to be driven off. 4) After a week I received a communication just checking if everything is okay and I was happy with the service. (This was them going above and beyond).”
