I may not be a frequent customer due to the long distance but I will definitely be a customer, whether it’s buying parts or coming down every now and again for jobs on the car. Got a nice little smart car as a courtesy car free of charge when mine was in for repairs - to drive that was an experience on it’s own (a pleasant one).”

“HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!”

I was impressed by their communication, always keeping me posted before and after the fix, and the car was left exceptionally clean with seat covers and steering wheel covers too. “100% trustworthy auto repair service. These people were outstanding with my latest issue. My car went into limp mode on the M61 due to an air leak. I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to. They did everything they could to ensure my car was fully operational even in the holiday period when they were extremely busy. Their level of knowledge and expertise is second to none and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for their service.
