“Outstanding service from Sherif! After calling around trying to get my coolant leak sorted in my 2018 VW Passat, Sherif was able to fit me in the very next day. I brought my car to him and after a diagnostics tests he diagnosed the issue — a faulty water pump. He clearly explained what the problem was and where it was coming from, then gave me a quote right after the diagnosis. When I asked when it could be fixed, he said he could start immediately. The next morning, he called to let me know the job would be complete by 4pm and the car was ready for pickup right on time. He even went through the old parts with me and explained everything again.
