“This is one of the few places doing the proper pork gyros and thick, strong tzatziki like you'd find somewhere around Athens. It's a very different taste than so many places that try to serve what is greek gyros only in name. It's not particularly cheap, but it's definitely worth it. I went for the classic pork gyros, my colleagues went with various pork and chicken skewer and gyros boxes, everyone was happy.”

“Had not eaten at this place for a few years but heard it was under new management, as I like Indian food and my wife prefers Thai I thought I would give it a try, I had the Tandoori Mixed Grill and my wife had Chicken Green curry. Both meals were amazing and will certainly be using this as our number one takeaway.”

“I have been using Peking Chef for over 3 years. I thought it was about time I left a review. The prices are extremely competetive, the food portions are generous and the service is very good and very friendly. Most importantly the quality of the food is excellent. “Best food I had in MY LIFE - I don't understand the ooga booga about the service because my friends and I had a pleasant lunch there. Shoutout to the lady who served us (I believe her name is Brita), she was extremely welcoming and provided excellent suggestions for our first meal. We had the Baked Portuguese Chicken with Rice, Baked Pork Chop with Rice in Tomato Sauce, Fried Vermicelli with Satay Beef and the iconic French Toast. All 3 proteins were cooked to perfection. I was extremely fortunate to have an ultimate dining experience and finally understanding the expression of ‘food melting in my mouth’. At one point, we took a pause from eating as we felt that we were unworthy of savouring such delicacies. We will return for more. Considering its location, it is definitely a hidden gem in Manchester, if not the United Kingdom!”

“Love this place!!! The landlord is a delightful Arsenal fanatic who loves his footy. The pubs cheese board is legendary and the condiments are top notch!! Bar games are encouraged and there is a vigorous card school with local rascally characters engaging in fierce banter which is a joy to watch. All in all the Comfy experience is a sight to behold and a life experience that must not be missed.”

“ive been there yesterday with my family. everything was fine, we waited for our food like 15 minutes, and it was soo yummy!! we all ordered vege burgers and fries and it was sooo good i highly recommend this place! Also this restaurant inside is GORGEOUS!! it has unique atmosphere, it kinda looks like antique shop, but in a great way- everything is clean and it brings so much joy to just look around the restaurant and notice all the little details as porcelain figurines, small paintings and much more. The waiter was also really nice- he told us story of this place and how he takes care of all the trinkets here, how much time it takes for him to clean them and that every little thing there has its own story!! I definetly will go there again, love this place atomos xx”
