“You simply HAVE to visit this Establishment. The atmosphere is excellent and when you arrive and enter the premises, you are quickly (and warmly) greeted with a friendly smile and a helpful Employee. As a Disabled Person, I found the layout, set-up and arrangement of the furniture easily navigable with ample room to move around. I have not encountered a more helpful Staff when visiting a Restaurant and my opinion of them is that they are of the highest calibre and quality. I wish to express my personal, sincere and heartfelt thanks to Waiter 'V' and the Manager. They (both) are extremely personable, professional, friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. They gave me their time and were genuinely interested and could not have done more to help me. I cannot praise them enough. Their conduct, behaviour, attitude and persona(s) shall keep me coming back to [and frequenting] this Establishment often. The food is of the highest quality, but you'll just have to take my word on that and go and sample [it] for yourself! You won't regret it... I don't want to spoil the surprise! The table(s) are far enough apart so as to maintain a conversation without feeling overlooked or eavesdropped on. The Establishment is clean and the decor is tasteful. I enjoy visiting this Establishment and would rate it: exceptional. What makes this place stand out from the rest / it's competition is the: service. The superb Staff make this a super Establishment. Look no further if you are looking for a new 'local'. In this writer's humble view, you won't find one better!”

We love their food so much that we opted for their catering service for our daughter’s baptism event. Everyone loved the food and it was a pure delight. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Indian tea specially their chicken Hyderabadi and Samosa which are almost like Delhi style.”

“Just a first class restaurant with great food, a good selection of drinks, and very friendly staff. I came over from Ireland to visit family and we always go the the Prachee at least once per visit. I've eaten Indian food all my life and this rates right up there with the best. And the prices are very reasonable. I know I mentioned the friendly staff, but I'll do it again because they are. I do a lot of reviews and I normally like to take some pictures and include them. For some reason every time I visit the Prachee I forget to wait for photos and just start eating straight away. Moving soon into the precinct, so more room as its only a small restaurant currently. Prices are good, and the cobra is just right.”

“Gatley Tandoori Restaurant which is next door and separate to it's Takeaway. I visited for a family birthday celebration. Parking was on the street unfortunately some people had a walik. The restaurant doesn't have a alcohol licence but a supermarket and off licence are close by, the restaurant has information about them post on a wall. A number of children were present at our function and they were catered for. The staff were very polite and accommodating even with the children. A birthday cake was presented to the guest of honour. I can't testify as to whether or not the property is adequately wheelchair accessible as I'm not wheelchair bound but I can add that they do have disability toilet facilities grab bars and handrails etc. Hot & cold water was available (I've been to properties that don't have hot water). The property was clean and and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately I can't vouch for the vegetarian or dietary options. A Good time was had by all.”

“Yesterday, I visited that restaurant at Quays with my family, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. There was a guy named Ateef at the counter who was handling many customers at once, yet he served us with great efficiency and a smile. My kids were a bit upset initially before, but I really want to appreciate and thank him for how kindly he treated them. He managed to serve our order within minutes and even made sure the kids got exactly what they wanted — that truly made a difference. The food was absolutely delicious — it tasted just like homemade! This was my second visit within a month, and I must say, the experience was consistently excellent. Highly recommended!”
