“Had mine and my daughter's hair done by Sharna. Can't rate her highly enough. She put my daughter at ease who can be very shy, and had her talking which she doesn't normally do. My daughter had wash, cut and blow dry and I had cut and blow dry. Both had it curled and mine cut short. Booked in for daughter's prom and I will definitely book again. Highly recommended”

It can take awhile for your appointment to finish, but I would rather it be that way than they do a rush job. Michelle is really good but so are the other ladies (I don't go to them so don't know their names) .”

I have no knowledge of cars and everyone fears they may be being duped but the mechanics here will specifically show you the issues and fully explain how and why it needs to be repaired so that you completely understand what your paying for. As someone with autism this is massively important to me and for that reason Id say the customer service here is 2nd to none.”

Eleanor was just brilliant - she ran around getting me different sizes of things I wanted to try on and gave brilliant advice - she knows the product line so well. Eleanor also helped me place an online order for the items I wanted that were not available in store - this order turned up at home just a few days later.
