Really like the medium of building your own custom plate. “Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“My order was a delivery order which was straight forward to use through Uber Eats! Porky Pigs Cafe made placing my order straight forward & clear. I could watch my order through the Uber Eats app being prepared right up until delivery where I then received a phonecall from the Uber Eats Driver informing myself my order had arrived & was at my front door, (the driver was identified to me as soon as my order was out for delivery). This was a very safe delivery with extremely quick & good service! The food itself was of a very generous size. My order was a large Yorkshire Pudding filled with bacon, sausage, fried egg & a hash brown with potato fries in a rather cute cardboard box & a large bottle of apple juice. I had the option to choose cutlery & a straw, which I chose, (& was free of charge). The food was so tasty, a good temperature & presented really well. The price was £18:14, which is quite expensive but this does include the Service Fee of £1:40 & a Delivery Fee of £2:97, so the actual meal was £13:95.”

Their food especially chips (not fries) are massive and crispy and lovely MUCH better than chip shop ones.. imagine chip shop sized but French crisp fried! All food is clean and hot! (not greasy) properly cooked and delicious. And a breakfast for 5.50 is amazing! My new hangout!”

“Dropped in here after night shift, can't go to bed without a hot meal. The kebabs are tasty!!! Good quality donner meat, nan bread is a pizza base style bread but always freshly cooked. I tried the hot chilli sauce which has a good fiery kick to it! All makes to a great kebab!”

The portions are big, especially the Kebabs they are very filling with nice tender meat all through, no gaps in the bread. The pricing is excellent and very generous for the quality of the amazing food. The portions are impressive and will hit the spot. Overall I would recommend this food to anyone and definitely one of the best tasting takeouts I've had. The service is top notch, the service is very polite and respectful. I don't have any complaints. It is very tidy and clean. You can tell preparation for each meal they make it catered to with detail as you can see the kitchen in the back were all is prepared.. They cooks are also very respectful, tidy and amazing at making the food taste delicious!!! Treat others with respect and you shall receive it back.
