“Excellent pre planning and intermediate reviews, so that we got the kitchen that we wanted within the remit of our existing kitchen design. Couple of hiccups with the ordering of one of the cupboards/lighting transformer which meant a delay in the final completion. However we could use the kitchen before that was finished. We have a beautiful kitchen that fits our needs, thanks to Alistair, Josh and Olivia. Great communication and updates. We had an additional team to do the preliminary and post installation work. Adam and Bart led that part of the project. The team led by Kris for installation are very efficient and good at what they do. Initially, I put some before photos in, have removed them now as it detracts from the brilliant new kitchen! Some of the photos were taken prior to decorating. They are extremely prompt with the paperwork and when I had made mistake and asked them to change it they did there and then. Can be slightly addictive as you really don't know what treasures you will find from a pretty scarf to the perfect winter coat. Have purchased many beautiful items at such a bargain price that still have the original tag still on them. The stock is in extremely good condition, shop is spotless and airy and you can easily lose an hour just browsing. Nolte was a great choice for us and he managed to make a very nice kitchen for us. He is always responsive, in no time, takes care of every minute detail. We had a few months delay with thr builders extending the kitchen but he was very accommodating, stored thr units till we were ready. He managed to adjust the design even after the builders did a crucial change. Still looked fabulous. Worktop, appliances and fitting were super excellent. I had a thorough shopping around before settling with Indesign who are one of the best in Manchester not only Altrincham. I strongly recommend them.”
