“Today I purchased a bracelet from The Arcade Shopping Centre, Ashton U Lyne. I was greeted cheerfully by a lovely young man. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The way he presented the goods helped me decide on my purchase. It wasn’t expensive but I felt it didn’t matter if I was spending a few pounds or a few thousand pound I was still treated like a valued customer. “Extremely friendly, smiley and helpful staff. A very warm welcome as I walked through the door. Clean, modern premises with Japanese style lucky cat artwork. A quiet, but slightly echoing atmosphere with background music that isn’t too loud and is quite mellow. Unagi Don: very sticky rice, rich and sweet sauce, flaky eel. Very tasty. Miso soup: well flavoured with a decent amount of seaweed and tofu. Chicken Karaage: succulent and very flavourful. Drunken Noodle with King Prawns, Shrimp, Mussels and Squid: The flat noodles were quite soft and easily breakable, but full of flavour and sauce which coated the seafood and vegetables very well. Dorayaki: not too sweet. A satisfying, no fuss, light dessert and the addition of chocolate sauce is a very complimentary flavour. Overall: a fair sized portion of good food at a reasonable price.”

Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued.
