“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. “Had my B47 in yesterday for its timing chain, where to start, I've followed ADC for a couple of years and knew from seeing their posts how good they are at what they do. But as i have now experienced their services I can honestly say, the trip from South Wales for a same day timing chain replacement was worth the 500 mile round trip. Their pricing is by far the cheapest in the UK from when I was researching and they manage to still use genuine parts and keep the cost down for customers which is credit to them. The guys in the garage are incredibly effective and efficient in what they do. My bmw hasn't run this well and smoothly in years and as its almost on 200k it feels like it did when I first got it, they even noticed another issue while dealing with the chain which I didn't know and sorted it for me without issue. If your considering using ADC for work just book in you won't be disappointed they know these cars Inside out and what they dont know isnt worth knowing. Anything major in the future my car will absolutely be coming here for the work to be done. Thanks guys for sorting the chain and exhaust out. 5**”

“My wife and I have both regularly used C & A Service Centre in Shaw for well over a decade. Generally for servicing and MOT. I've just very recently had to use them when my car broke down. I had it towed to them, they looked at it the next working day, fixed it the same day. “HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!”

I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to. They did everything they could to ensure my car was fully operational even in the holiday period when they were extremely busy. Their level of knowledge and expertise is second to none and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for their service. “100% recommend. Just go to this place. I damaged my paintwork by careless clay baring my new car. Honestly it was horrendous, scratched headlights, plastic trims, paintwork... I had the car for about a week, mortified. All the above was no problem for Chris to sort out. Decided to go with a 3 year ceramic coat as well as the paint correction. Chris fully explained the process, suggested future best practices and was just so knowledgeable. If you research this place you will see that Chris can also does leather repairs, paint protection films...the works to an amazing standard. I'm really protective over my car's and Chris didn't mind one bit, a truly understanding professional. Thanks once again Chris for saving my paintwork and answering all my questions.”
