“Dr. Archie and his team at Victoria Park Vet are truly exceptional. When my cat Rainbow, a sweet boy, was diagnosed with kidney failure just six months after we moved from Hong Kong to the UK, I felt completely lost. Dr. Archie changed everything. He listened to my concerns, valued my input, and worked with me as a partner. His endless support and professional advice gave me the confidence to care for Rainbow at home for nearly 23 months, with a quality of life I never thought possible. It felt like Rainbow was given a second chance at life. Thanks to the team, I celebrated Rainbow’s 16th and 17th birthdays—precious moments that were like a gift. Though we didn’t reach his 18th, I’m so grateful for the time we had. In his final days, especially the very last one, Dr. Emily and the team were incredibly kind and gentle. Rainbow only ever visited their clinic in the UK, so it was comforting that he could peacefully fall asleep in a familiar place. Deciding to say goodbye to Rainbow was the hardest choice I’ve ever made, but the team made me feel so supported and at peace. I left Rainbow with the clinic for two days before his cremation. When I returned to pick him up, he looked so serene, like he was sleeping sweetly. Seeing him like that brought calm to my heart, and I could finally let go. I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Park Vet to anyone. They’ve also cared for my four dogs with the same dedication, and I trust them to keep my dogs healthy and happy for years to come. Dr. Archie and his team don’t just care for pets—they care for the people who love them.”

He is quite a nervous dog at times .but Carol took time and care to reassure us and Dylan . The Woof Bar totally adheres to covid hygiene standards and I would have no hesitation in recommending Carol for your dog groom.”

“Great experience! Dave at tattoo studio 150 was very welcoming and very professional. Talked me through my design and my stencil and what fits best placement wise , mine was my arm. Matching up to around previous tattoos and covering up some scars :) the design is amazing as you can see from the pictures below! The placement is perfect and wasn’t rushed in order to get the best look. Breaks were taken inbetween if needed and even has a tub of sweeties to get your sugars back up! Overall 10/10 experience and I will be back for more! I recommend highly for any tattoo very very talented artist! Thankyou so much for giving me this beautiful tattoo! :)”

When i gave my car registration, both staff members immediately started to use their computers and catalogues to try and find the right pads, which took some time because my car was a very late model, but eventually the right make and part number of pads were found. “Took my dogs to be vaccinated at Grappenhall Veterinary Centre. Greeted by lovely pleasant staff on reception, the surgery smelt lovely when I walked in and was so clean and tidy. Alexa the vet was amazing in the consult and put my mind at rest- we think one of my dogs has a little heart issue and she reassured me on how to treat her going forward. I have complete faith that she will guide me through the next steps and I know that she is in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alexa and her team :0)”

“Honestly couldn’t fault the team at no more kennels. I only recently found the company but I have felt so at ease with leaving my boy there. They took the time to get to know him and understand his behaviours as he’s a very active dog who just loves playing. I feel a sense of relief taking him there knowing he loves them as much as they love him. We love that we can see him on the cameras having fun and being treated with love and kindness from the staff. I would recommend no more kennels to anyone looking for a safe place for there fur babies to go. I trust them completely with my Rocco and will be using them for years to come.”
