“Just picked our black labrador Luna up from Mike and the girls and it's honestly the first time she hasn't wanted to come home. She has absolutely loved every second of it there, Mike sent me numerous photos throughout our week long holiday, which really put our mind at ease. I can honestly say I won't leave her with anyone else from now on, she's made lots of new friends and by the looks of it has had the time of her life! Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone I know looking for a place for their dog to stay (I would say kennels but this is more like a 5* luxury apartment).”

“I was recommended to Jacksons Dental Care as I had not been to the dentist for years. I was extremely nervous on my first appointment but on entering Jill the receptionist helped to put me at ease, Tim and his assistant where also brilliant, explaining everything step by step. I had 2 follow up appointments booked the same day for the treatment required, unfortunately I had to cancel the 1st as I was unwell, Jill was very understanding and concerned and there was no problem cancelling the appointment and another appointment was made Jill rang me the day after my first treatment to check I was ok and Tim also offered to see me again if there were any issues. “I booked in for a routine check up, and it was a very pleasant experience the whole way through. Booking an appointment was straightforward, and upon my arrival all staff members were very friendly. I saw Dr Rashid, who was extremely helpful and professional. As a member of the Bupa dental insurance, my claim was already applied to the cost of the appointment meaning all I had to do was pay the amended price and everything would be settled with Bupa and the practice - very convenient!”

“This morning I called to get my heyfever injection, I managed to get a cheaper rate as they had an offer on. My appointment was booked for 2hrs after my call, I arrived I had a consultation first with a doctor, I explained to her my previous medial history and we decided that the injection was the best option for me. Amy administered my injection, she was so friendly and welcoming, she went through all of the side affects and double checked my medical history also printed off a booklet of information about the injection. Would definitely recommend, fast and easy process”

“Went to the dentist for the first time in 6 years today due to a crippling fear of going. I have to say that this is the best experience of a dentist that I’ve ever had! Aleedin was so so reassuring and friendly, didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed at all and was so gentle. He didn’t do any more work than I needed at the time to get me used to going to the dentist again. Even the injections didn’t hurt too much. The nurse in there was equally as friendly and walked me through calming down whilst they cleaned my teeth. Can’t promise I won’t be scared next time, but my fear will definitely disappear over time with this dentist. I honestly can’t thank you enough! This was all on a Saturday as well when everyone wants to go home.”

“I was very doubtful when I first started my high intensity therapy due to having past bad experiences. My therapist Abida has been absolutely amazing and listened to me and what I want and do not want in relation to wording of things. This was from the very start so this enabled us to begin this journey with knowing what to expect from each other. I am not going to lie and say it was plain sailing because it was far from it reliving and revealing hidden memories but with the help of Abida and her compassion and empathy I am now in a much better place and have the tools to be able to keep going in my therapeutic journey. Never once did I feel judged or patronised whilst in my sessions like before. Abida has been my absolute rock throughout this painful and traumatic experience and I am so so appreciative of the help, support and guidance that I have received. I understand not all therapists are the same but set boundaries and ground rules for you both at the beginning and please listen to your therapist they know what they are doing, and as tough as it gets please do NOT give up it's worth it in the end I promise.
