She was extremely careful on what oils to use as when pregnant you have to be extra careful and I just felt that I was at The heart of chloe,s attention in every way. Once again the staff were amazing, they really do want your child to have the best party. Prices are more than reasonable and the food is great. “A really outstanding nursery. I am so delighted I chose Sylvan House. My daughter has been coming 3 days a week since she was 9 months and the development I've seen in her is fantastic. The girls in the baby room (Nicole, Chloe, Laura and Sarah) treat my daughter like their own, they are kind, affectionate, attentive and excellent at what they do. The food variety is great and she is really well fed and cared for with a detailed report at the end of the day showing food intake, sleep times, nappy changes, mood description etc. The app that the nursery use (Tapestry) is a A* and I look forward to numerous updates, photos, videos and notes about what she's up to. Communication is excellent throughout the day and at handover. Well done Sylvan you've made returning to work so much easier!”

“Have used Lytham dress agency on a few occasions and have always been super impressed. Sonia is always super helpful and knows a lot about what she sells. I have bought Mulberry bags of her and more recently a Mulberry purse which is just stunning I initially found the item on her Facebook page and contacted her through messages and then WhatsApp. She agreed to keep the item for me till I could collect. She is responsive and is happy to discuss and answer questions on any item you may be interested in. She has some lovely items and if you get chance to visit the shop itself then you won’t be disappointed.”

“Stepping Stones is a fantastic nursery! My oldest has been there two years. She has absolutely thrived there. The staff are brilliant; kind and caring. They know every child individually and work with them to build their strengths and to encourage their learning. They do loads of different activities to improve fine and gross motor skills, and imaginative and independent play. My daughter loves going and has learnt so much from being there.”

“The Gill Medical Centre staff go above and beyond to offer help and support. The reception team always do there best to find appointments or signpost to the most appropriate support. The nurses are brilliant and have lots of experience and every GP in this practice listens and are compassionate. I often feel smug when people complain about their GP and I get to say how great mine are, even under the pressures GP surgeries now face!”

“We had to take our cat for an emergency appointment and this place was suggested on our vet's website, since this place was open after hours, Sundays and Bank Holidays. We rang up and got told to come here as soon as we could, no appointment needed. The facilities were good. A really great idea in dividing the waiting areas for dogs and cats, so less disruption. The cat waiting area even offered blankets to cover baskets if we had a nervous cat, lovely touch. Unfortunately we had to have our cat put to sleep, but the vet that we had informed us of our options, respectful to us and our cat, and the process. He really helped us through it all and what to do next. The reception staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful.”
