“I recently had four tyres changed at the Stretford branch and despite a pressure fault arising a couple of days laters, the staff were fantastic and their customer service was exemplary. Following a return visit within 24-hours of informing them of the problem, I was invited to return to get the problem sorted. Within 20-minutes, I was handed my vehicle back. I can highly recommend using this branch and fully intend to revisit for future MOT’s and servicing.”

“I needed emergency treatment late at night. The dentist and dental nurse on duty Thursday 13th were absolutely amazing. They kept me calm and took great care of me. Chris, the Damage Assessor, was also excellent – incredibly thorough, highly knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He explained everything clearly and gave real confidence that my car was in safe hands. The repair itself was flawless, with real attention to detail. I was also provided with a courtesy car which was absolutely immaculate – a really nice touch that just added to the overall quality of the service. “Great cafe 10 minute drive from chill factore / Trafford centre. Small / medium sized cafe, no booking taken over the phone for breakfast, first come first served. We arrived @ 11am and it was very busy. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table but was absolutely worth it and staff where polite and kept us updated whilst we waited. Brunch menu served till 12.30 Cooked breakfast / loaded potato skins / smoked salmon & egg / pancakes etc…. Went for the big cooked breakfast which was truly superb. Hashbrowns i think are home made, and lovely, as re the Cumberland sausage etc. The whole thing was big and filling Would definitely recommend and will return again.”

“When I say this place is the best I cannot thank them enough so I took my car to Audi themselves for a problem with my car just stopping mid driving Audi said they did a diagnostic test and couldn’t find fault then wanted to extort £450 out of me to further test anyway less about them I got recommended by another garage to go here within two days my problem was fixed turned out to be the variable timing or something kept well informed throughout the process and the problem was fixed for £650 where as Audi wanted £3000 upwards without even knowing for sure what the issue was …. Professional Reliable Great value I will be returning in the future thanks Sam ❤️”

She’s really knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable, giving breaks and explaining things in a way that puts you at ease. Her nurse Ruby is always kind and helpful too, which makes a big difference. They make me feel relaxed and create such a friendly atmosphere for me. For the first time in in years i don’t mind going to the dentist and that’s all thanks to them :)”
