“have had great experience in longsight dental practice. I have got gums disease and I have been visiting my previous dental practice over 2 year and don’t they haven’t done anything and keep tell me we have referred to a dental specialist. I have waited 2 years but no treatment or appointment from specialist received. At the point my gums were so bad that I couldn’t eating properly. Now I registered my self in longsight dental practice and attended my first appointment today. I was given all the details very carefully and dentist Tzu Chien Lin was very professional and first time I have seen a very professional and kind dentist who gave me all the information I needed and explained all the treatment I will receive. After visiting this practice I have no worries and I know I will be getting the right treatment and care. A huge thanks to MR Tzu Chien Lin.”

“Been with this dental surgery for 35 years now. Firstly when Mr Mok had it and now Mustafa. They have never ever let me down in all those years This morning I was in terrible pain with a cracked tooth, within an hour of phoning , I was in the chair and the tooth was removed. I'm so grateful for this dentist and all the lovely ladies that work there Thankyou.”

“A nice soft play area. It's not too big as other places, but it's neat and clean, it also wasn't too crowded when we visited which is good. The food is nice with a good variety, and the people there are helpful. It's also Covid safe as the tables are kept apart and are disenfected between uses, there are also a lot of hand sanitizer stations around the place. Everyone there is wearing masks as well. A good experience and I'd love to go again.”

“Free parking and only a short walk across the precinct. Plenty of choice and the shelves always seem well stocked with a wide variety of goods. Always spend more than I intend and the offers are excellent. So much better than shopping at a cheap and nasty German supermarket.”

“I walked into the surgery (where I am a registered NHS patient) this afternoon, asking if I could see a dentist for an emergency tooth extraction. Luckily i was seen immediately and the procedure was carried quickly and efficiently. I wish to thank Lesley on reception for her help in getting the appointment and Brook the dentist for her skill and delightful manner.”

“Amazing hygienist team!! 8 weeks ago I went to see Caroline, I had lots of inflammation, tartar and excessive bleeding from my gums. I was given a thorough explanation of what was happening and actions to take. Caroline was very clear and obviously loved her job, I was told if I did what she advised we would clear up the issues. 8 week follow up and I was given star pupil status! I did what Caroline told me, there is now no bleeding, my gums are in great condition, next hygienist appointment in 6 months!! I cannot thank Caroline and the team enough. They made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.”

“I have been a patient at this practice for approximately 25 years (along with my three children). I started out as a nervous patient but that is, happily, a thing of the past! In fact, I look forward to my appointments - and so do my, now adult, children - thanks to the care we received here. I am guilty of forgetting an appointment and having to cancel at short-notice and have never encountered an issue or been made to feel guilty. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators. In summary, I love my dental practice and really appreciate them!”

On the day of the appointment, the treatment was completed efficiently and professionally by the whole team - receptionist/nurse/dentist [Mr Roudsari]. “I used to come to this kebab house as a child, pleased to say the seekh kebabs are still delicious here! Large naan given with the seekh kebabs, although the kebabs could be larger. Even with the large option (3 seekh kebabs) I felt the kebab-to-naan ratio lacked a bit but otherwise was a nice meal, the chutneys and salad (especially the onion) really bring out the flavours. Small seekh kebab (2 kebabs with naan) £4.60 Large seekh kebab (3 kebabs with naan) £6.30 There's seating available, a sink to wash your hands with soap and paper to dry your hands with. They only accept cash payment.”
