“After having an awful on line experience with KOI where double the amount of money was taken from my bank account with only half the ordered items delivered with initially NIL response to my on line customer concerns and enquiries, I vowed I would Never shop on line at this company again… I opted NOT to return the goods that did arrive and were not the right fit via the on line procedure. I decided instead to return the items In Person In the Trafford Centre Store. I wasn’t sure if I would ever shop with KOI again after such a bad experience..Too much stress..unprofessional conduct. Terrible communication; unanswered messages. And then I met Kianna instore… A Positive, Kind, Lovely, Smiling, Knowledgeable, Reassuring and Professional Ray of sunshine who managed my return so efficiently with no hassle. He offered us both a brew and let my partner sit down and just chill, when he felt a bit dizzy. He also turned the heating down and opened the doors to help my partner cool down. He was very empathetic and nice to talk to. He was very personable and likeable. We love the sofa we purchased and are looking forward to receiving the delivery of it.
