“So this was the first time us leaving our cat in a Cattery due to him being diabetic and he needed extra care. Lisa made us feel so at ease and seeing reviews she had cared for other diabetic cats was a relief. “Excellent service. We had someone package up computer equipment to send. When Pack & Send collected them they informed me that they were insufficiently packed and provided photographs which showed how woeful the packing was. They offered to unpack the items and repack them correctly and when I received them the other end I was extremely pleased with how well they were packed. You could have dropped the box and the items inside would have been fine. High quality service.”

“My pug goes every week to the daycare and gets so excited when he is realising he is going. The staff are always welcoming, happy and smiling, they really care about the dogs. I love the looking at the daily photos they put on social media. They go on walks, play games and even have themed party’s/celebrations. Last summer I used the home boarding as well, I honestly would never trust my dog with anyone else”

“I cannot recommend this kennel enough! After a two week stay, the dogs came back just as happy as when I left them and in perfect condition. The owners have been amazing by supporting my dogs complex medical requirements and I ensuring all of her needs have been met. They couldn’t have done more. I over booked the dogs stay by one night by mistake and I turned up earlier than expected. Both dogs were handed back to us with all their belongings clean and looked after within minutes and nothing damaged. It’s important to say that I had a very poor experience with a local kennel last year so I was very concerned about leaving my dog this year. After they’d stayed in the previous local kennels, both my dog and my parents dog came back in very bad condition and had lost a lot of weight due to “stress” even though all their food had gone and a lot of their belongings damaged/missing. This year however in the hands of Mount View Farm it was a COMPLETELY different story. So if you’re going away and worried about leaving your dog… you don’t have to in the hands of Mount View Farm. Thank you so much and I’ll be using your kennel services again.”

We collected a very happy, healthy kitten who had grown immensely in just one week, to the extent whereby his cat carrier broke under the pressure of his growth, but the staff very kindly gave us one of their own to transport him safely home. “Although this company deals with a lot of HGVs, I've taken our cars there for several years for their MOTs. Always done on time and with fair advice every visit. One of the reasons I've taken cars there is that they don't normally work on cars so there's no percentage in them charging for work that doesn't need doing, unlike some garages. The other reason is that there's a great cafe over the road.”

“CITY performed well, Bunny did great becoming the first to net over a hundred goals. Fugino played really well getting possession taking the ball up the wing and then putting some brilliant crosses in. However Bunny got the first goal but later, Fugi got a well deserved goal. A few near misses and two goals ruled offside seemed to take the heart out of Villa, and City ran amok.”
