“We haven't lived here long but the main spotlight of the place is the beautiful esmeralda, she always welcomes you in the morning with a smile and assists in the best ways possible. The place is always spotless and makes the place feel more comfortable.”

“We had a great stay, the room was great but they are very warm. Great location for Aviva studios, just a short walk away. There is a small car park which we had no issue parking in during the week. Its 15 pound for 24 hours paid via Ringo. I left my kindle there and after some back and forward, I did eventually receive it in the post.”

“The staff at Embankment West has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. I primarily interact with Kelsie, Laura, and Florin, who consistently go above and beyond to assist me with various property-related matters. Even when I am unable to personally visit the development to aid a tenant, all three of them willingly step in to help in my absence, despite it not being mandatory for them to do so. I am genuinely grateful for their dedication and proactive support. Their efforts have truly made the process seamless and stress-free for me. “We stayed here for the Christmas Markets and the Pete Tong event at the AO Arena. Staff were excellent, the room was great. The bar is open until 5am, and you can order food until then also. The location is great too.”

“So clean in the corridors and entrance halls. Good security making you feel safe. Great sainsburys just down stairs and a 2 mins walk to the quays. Free bus to peel Park uni just outside and a tram stop also. Great views and apartments are lovely.”

“The staff are very friendly and open-minded. The room itself is very nice and has been renovated, and the bathroom has also been modernized. High praise for the ladies down at the bar, which also serves as the reception desk. On my first evening, I asked for a new room because the ventilation was too loud, and I was promptly given a new one. Breakfast was good aswell. A good experience :-)”

“We stayed in a family room on the top floor. The room was clean & spacious & good amenities. It is an old building, not fancy & steep staircases but if you are ok with this then it's a great place to stay. All the staff in the hotel & down in the pub are brilliant, very welcoming & accommodating & they obviously get on well. Our breakfast was included as we booked direct & we got 20% off food & drinks at other times. The food was very nice & large portions. Excellent location especially if you're at an event at the AO Arena.”

“It’s a great place to live. I’ve been renting in Riverview for 3 years now. I live in a one bedroom and find the apartment to be a decent size with stunning views ✨ Affinity has also a good sense of community, people are very friendly and there’s so many dogs which is brilliant. I’ve had only pleasant experiences with the staff, they’ve always been helpful with my parcels or enquiries. Love living here!”

“We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester.”

“The first plus is the service. Everyone we encountered was super helpful, polite and generous with their time!! The room we had was spacious, clean and very comfortable! We slept very well! The neighborhood is very nice. Avenues lined with mature trees and attractive houses. 15 minutes to airport without extra traffic. 7 minutes by car, into adorable town with great and varied restaurant options! Oh, and affordable for this retired couple.”
