“I visited Sharon at Cheadle Holistic Therapies after experiencing soreness in my lower back during a short visit to Manchester from London. I haven't felt so relaxed since before I was born! Sharon provides a very tranquil environment where you can truly unwind which, for someone like me born with a spring for a backbone, isn't easy! The back, neck and shoulder massage was perfectly tailored to my needs after an initial consultation. Sharon also welcomes feedback during the therapy session to optimise attention in the areas most affected. This really made it effective and the calming music only added to the sense of escapism. It was only towards the end of the visit that I realised that the sound of birdsong did not resonate from the soothing music but from the gardens outside. A truly superior surround sound experience! I have experienced many massage therapies over the years but I can confidentially recommend a visit here if you want to leave feeling entirely rejuvenated and experience what I feel was the most effective treatment I've enjoyed in memory. “Thanks to Dr Adrian Moore, I had such a great experience and would highly recommended. I was so scared and nervous to visit the dentist (I always have been) but mainly because it had been a while since my last dentist visit and a bad encounter I had at another dental practice. From the beginning Adrian put me at ease with his friendly and calming manner. He properly listened to me, my needs and my concerns; for once I wasn’t made to feel stupid. Adrian guided me through the appointment, explaining each step and seemed genuinely happy to help. It was also refreshing to have a dentist focus on the health of my mouth, rather than constantly trying to sell and push cosmetic products and procedures (which I have found previously). It was my far my best ever dentist appointment and I feel a lot less apprehensive about going back next time to see him. What a difference one person can make when they care! “Staying at the attached Premier Inn with family during house renovations. Came for breakfast on reopening, after having watched them spend the weeks leading up to it doing maintenance and cleaning everything. Very clean and tidy inside. Breakfast was great. Good fry up and selection of fruits, cereals and yoghurts. Coffee good too. And the measure of any hotel breakfast, fantastic croissants which came hot from the oven! Joanne who served us was great,very friendly and attentive. Was lovely when serving my young children too. Thank you! Back tomorrow :)”

“I cannot fault SK Eight Dental practice! I initially attended a consultation to look at having bonding to improve my smile. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and I met with both Nadia and Ben who discussed options with me. I decided to opt for orthodontic work first in order to get the best results which isn’t something I had even considered before. The practice provided lots of information including about payment options and I was given the opportunity to consider my options and never felt pressured into any treatment. I still have a few weeks left in my journey, but so far I’m really happy with my results. The practice it self is again a lovely warming environment and has put any previous anxieties about dentists at ease. Would 100% recommend anyone to attend here.”

“I had a bio filler treatment done with this amazing lady, and I’ve already seen noticeable results under my eyes like my hollowness has reduced drastically ! She was so patient and took the time to ask about my diet, skin concerns, and overall goals before starting the procedure. Compared to other practitioners I’ve been to where I’ve spent nearly £1,000 on multiple sessions (3 PRFs and 4 polynucleotides) with no visible improvement under my hollow eyes this experience has been completely different. After just one bio filler session, I could see results the very same day!
