“Had a 2 night stay here for exploring the local attractions, the hosts are very Friendly and knowledgeable. A good choice of breakfast items that the cook for you fresh, good quality food too. The local pub just a short walk away has excellent dining for a relaxing evening too.”

“I had my first appointment with Jennifer for a bikini wax and Jennifer was really great and very friendly. I was nervous and she put me at ease. However I thought a little more could’ve been removed and I put all of this on an another review and she called me and asked me if I wanted to come back and have what I wanted removed. “Our families have used The Hinton Guest House a few times for their stays when visiting us in the area, and it has always been a fantastic choice. Most recently, my parents stayed for 7 nights in December 2024, and once again, the experience was excellent. Ann has consistently been extremely helpful and responsive, making the booking process straightforward and stress-free. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this guest house apart. The guest house is in a central position in Mobberley village, making it incredibly convenient. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the Coop mini market, the local pharmacy, and a bus station with routes to Knutsford, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, and Altrincham. Additionally, it’s approximately a 10-minute walk to the local pubs, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The rooms and premises are always spotless, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast service is a highlight—the food is cooked to perfection, and the service is attentive and friendly. We’re so fortunate to have such a reliable and high-quality accommodation nearby. The bed was very comfortable. We ate evening meal at the restaurant Excellent Italian food. A very good choice of dishes. Breakfast also excellent. Good choices. Cooked to order. Deliciously hot. We will definitely stay here again. We can highly recommend this hotel.”

“I visited Sharon at Cheadle Holistic Therapies after experiencing soreness in my lower back during a short visit to Manchester from London. I haven't felt so relaxed since before I was born! Sharon provides a very tranquil environment where you can truly unwind which, for someone like me born with a spring for a backbone, isn't easy! The back, neck and shoulder massage was perfectly tailored to my needs after an initial consultation. Sharon also welcomes feedback during the therapy session to optimise attention in the areas most affected. This really made it effective and the calming music only added to the sense of escapism. It was only towards the end of the visit that I realised that the sound of birdsong did not resonate from the soothing music but from the gardens outside. A truly superior surround sound experience! I have experienced many massage therapies over the years but I can confidentially recommend a visit here if you want to leave feeling entirely rejuvenated and experience what I feel was the most effective treatment I've enjoyed in memory. This shop is a gem, it has the loveliest shopkeepers who are so passionate about their vintage wares :-) This is a must visit whenever I’m in Stockport, there’s always something new and the shop goes on forever! They have a great little collection of these in the centre floors of the shop along with lots of vintage literature, postcards and trinkets!”

What do you really need from a hotel, tidy, clean, great service, top breakfast, brilliant location. It may be a 3* in build but you are treated to a 5* stay!”
