“Having a large choice of Indian food in Cheadle village it could be difficult to choose which restaurant you would go to. Not anymore.....The food at Veeda was spectacular serving one of the best curries we've ever eaten. The food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much. We usually would go to another local Indian restaurant but we now have a new go too.”

Delightful pink and green interior (avant garde) Cleanliness without fault. Overall a surprise to find today, nestled near what could historically be considered a "rough" part of Blackley, but you wouldn't think it with the lovely hospitality. Was a pleasant meal and the man on shift was great with our daughter, she was being quite loud and the lovely man came over with things to keep her entertained and it helped massively. “Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”
