“This place deserves 5 stars. Firstly upon entering the place was greeted by such a lovely and happy Chinese lady. They really do treat you like you are a valued customer. However regardless of this the food. Out of the hundreds of Chinese takeaways I've tried around the uk the food is the BEST. For my order I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Yes they really did cook everything fresh. Even when I entered the building the lady was making something from scratch. When I got home the food was unbelievable. Sweet and sour chicken, the chicken batter still crispy it was so fresh. And it literally melted in my mouth. The ribs, crispy and extremely meaty, full of meat! The homemade spring rolls were the nicest I've ever tried. Unreal. And everything else we ate was just so fresh and full of flavour Another amazing thing, I didn't get that extreme thirst which you usually get from Chinese takeaways - most likely since the food is homemade and not from packets or jarred sauces. And lastly, pricing. I mean the prices are like they were years ago. Usually a £45 order cost us £29 today I honestly wish that this place gets the recognition it deserves because it really is the best in every possible aspect. Thank you so much pearl garden. “Excellent, authentic curries. The dishes are all so full of flavour and so distinct. Often with takeaway curries, you find the sauces are all very generic. My son really loves the child friendly curry. So useful to be able to reheat when you need it. Would really recommend”

Despite being so busy when I came in to collect, the staff members were so polite and helpful by suggesting a few dishes for my family to try. Top dishes: Crispy Aromatic Duck - perfectly cooked tender meat Wet Special Chow Mein - filled with meat and delicious sauce Singapore Vermicelli - tasty and flavourful dish, never had anything quite like it This will now be our go to Chinese, definitely recommend!”

Very polite and attentive service in a comfortable environment. If I had to fault something my only grumble would be the long Island ice tea had too much lime which made the coke fizz flat and drink sharp (I am highly critical of cocktails)”
