“Fantastic food in the most unassuming place and location. The whole experience was smooth and food wasn't too spicy. What they have classed as 3 peppers out of 5 - I found rather mild. Really like the medium of building your own custom plate. It's a novelty, but very refreshing idea and gives you opportunity to taste a few things at once without spending crazy money on a single meal.”

“Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“The best coffee house in Monton…hands down! Me and my partner popped in recently and we both agreed straight away that this is our favourite coffee spot ever. The atmosphere is cosy, welcoming and just what you want from a local coffee house and the staff were so friendly! I ordered the steak eggs Benedict with chorizo, and honestly… it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The steak was tender, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the chorizo added the most incredible flavour. I absolutely loved it! The coffee was amazing too, smooth, rich and clearly made with care. We absolutely love this place and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend to anyone in Monton looking for great food, perfect coffee and lovely service! ☕✨”

“Being in my early 40s now and having many Chinese takeaways over 3 decades, this is absolutely hands down our favourite Chinese and the only place we get from now! As you can see in the pic the sweet and sour chicken melts in the mouth, very generous portions such as the salt and pepper chicken which is our favourite starter, super friendly and efficient staff and very reasonable prices, cannot recommend highly enough! “Cannot understand the poor reviews. Had many meals from here and always been fine. Best selection of vegan or vegetarian Chinese dishes in the whole of Eccles and Salford. Have an easy to use website and deliver. Prefer this compared to using Uber, just eat, etc.”
