“Elite chinese! Just switched to here after 20 years at another local one (Happy House). The food is great although It’s getting little bit expensive with large chips going over £4 but it’s the best in the area. The people that work there are very professional and friendly.”

“I have not been to the March Hare in a while due to the last few visits being very disappointing . Todays vidit has definitely changed my opion. We were greeted by the assistant manager Gav, he was pleasant and accommodating. We had not booked but he managed to squeeze us in. The waitress Georgia was very pleasant and professional. The food was lovely and service was prompt. 2 empty plates. The refurbishment was in character and creates a family friendly atmosphere. The outdoor area has had a much needed upgrade and definitely a place I will visit on a sunny day. The toilet upgrade is definitely a vast improvement . Excellent selection of drinks including a vast variety of zero alcohol. I would highly recommend it .”

“What a lovely evening I have just had for my daughter’s 11th birthday family meal. I booked a table online and requested a table near the window which we got and then as a surprise at the end of the meal the chef brought out a cake and the staff sang happy birthday to my daughter which I wasn’t expecting. All the staff were superb. I’m afraid I didn’t catch their names but a blond lady and a tall lad with longer hair looked after us and a female chef. They all deserve massive praise. Constantly checking we were all ok and dealing with my sisters gluten free dietary requirements (she was impressed and happy that you kept everything separate and even more happy she got a carvery with gluten free Yorkshires and gravy!). The food was as expected- pub grub, great quantity and taste. We all left full of happiness and full bellies and that’s all we want from a family outing! So thankyou”

“Our daughter currently attends Ramillies Hall Nursery and she is absolutely thriving, thanks to the kind, caring, nurturing and dedicated team of staff. The Nursery is set in beautiful surroundings which the children are lucky enough to regularly enjoy. The children spend hours outside playing, engaging in planned activities and heading off on welly walks through the grounds and fields. Communication is also spot on, if you have any concerns on drop off, the staff happily keep you updated throughout the day. You are also regularly updated with your child’s progress, including meetings and written reports and most importantly the feedback you receive, certainly in our case, highlights how well the staff know your child. Overall our daughter is happy, she loves Nursery and the staff who care for her. We couldn’t recommend Ramillies highly enough!”

“Excellent and well- stocked shop Owners always listen to customer requests and do their best to accommodate. The shop is always neat and tidy and they have put snazzy new fridge freezers in which look great and offer a super choice of good quality frozen foods. Every single member of staff really friendly - I shop there at least once a day and am so grateful they are open till 8pm in case I have forgotten snacks for the evening. Well worth a visit”

“I've recently moved to the area and this was my first time in the Co-op. Lovely shop to get your last minute essentials, love that they are open until late, even on Sundays! There was a lovely member of staff who was really helpful during my visit, Hessam helped me get an item from the top shelf, such lovely customer service! Will definitely be revisiting on a Monday again!”

“My daughter is just about to finish after two years at First Steps and her older sister attended 5 years ago. I cannot recommend this wonderful pre school enough. The staff to child ratio is excellent and the children thrive on the smaller group sizes and 1:1 time they get to spend with their key workers. The outdoor space is fantastic, and utilised daily for different activities. Weekly visits from Footy Tots and Diddi Dance also give the children those extra opportunities to try something different in an environment they feel safe and secure in. Helen and her team have years of experience in pre school learning and wellbeing and this shines through in everything they do for the children!”

“In all the years I’ve been dancing I’ve never had lessons on technique that Darren and Lillia teach. The classes are great fun and very sociable and Darren and Lillia’s detailed teaching is fantastic.”

“Absolutely great service from start to end. Fantastic design and then redesign from Madeline due our changing requirements. The installation was slick and workmanship excellent. Matt, Nick and team were excellent, professional and courteous throughout. The design has worked really well including the dimensions and layout. As part of the work the hob mantle was tweaked and improved from design to installation by the fitter and were thrilled with the end result. They went the extra mile and we have a great kitchen now.”
