“Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name. Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning. Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately. Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home. Many thanks”

You can't beat face to face advice and being able to see and touch what you are buying. They stock a wide range of equipment. Brilliant.”

So happy we chose hot tubs direct, all the people we have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable, the tub was ordered and delivered in the specified time period, we needed a crane to lift the tub over the house, hot tubs direct arranged everything. Even after purchase they are always on hand to answer any questions, Chloe especially deserves our thanks as she is always happy to help. We found the price very fair and the maintenance plan offered also looks to be great value (not had to use it yet and hopefully don’t have to apart from service). Overall we are really happy with the hot tub and massively impressed by the service received, can’t fault them.”

“I've used this shop several times even though it's not local to me, its a proper old school shop manned by blokes who know what they are talking about unlike some of the national chains out there. My latest visit was to purchase a new battery for my Seat Leon they tested the old one and explained what the issue was and the fact that the battery was on its way out and the fact that this was causing several functions on the vehicle to shut down and create warning lights as the car was trying to conserve power by turning stuff off. Great shop”
