The Stratford branch is quiet, the staff are amazing, and the place is spacious. I enjoy meeting my friends there, and I love everything about it.”

“Lovely early morning breakfast today, the cafe was busy already at 0920. The service was quick the food was served hot drinks were hot and the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was clean and the location was lovely. Christmas tree has been put up the Christmas feel is out , love it. Staff are lovely one even said is it too early for Christmas ? But what let them down was there was no soap in the loo’s! I went into two loo’s there was no soap first thing in the morning. It should have been replenished, if it had ran out. A replacement of a pump soap may be ? This is a let down!!! Restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are pleasant. The decor is lovely.”

“Really busy but quick service, drink made perfectly. There was one young lady with long dark hair in a ponytail and lots of smiles. She took my order and helped all the rest of the staff. If everyone worked as hard as she does, with that level of customer service the world would the a much nicer place.”

“After having an awful on line experience with KOI where double the amount of money was taken from my bank account with only half the ordered items delivered with initially NIL response to my on line customer concerns and enquiries, I vowed I would Never shop on line at this company again… I opted NOT to return the goods that did arrive and were not the right fit via the on line procedure. I decided instead to return the items In Person In the Trafford Centre Store. I wasn’t sure if I would ever shop with KOI again after such a bad experience..Too much stress..unprofessional conduct. Terrible communication; unanswered messages. And then I met Kianna instore… A Positive, Kind, Lovely, Smiling, Knowledgeable, Reassuring and Professional Ray of sunshine who managed my return so efficiently with no hassle. She clearly demonstrated the insight and experience required to cater to my needs. I ended up re ordering the boots that never arrived. Kianna explained the delivery options so that all was clear and understood. BRAVO KIANNA, You are a credit and I commend you.”

“Been going here for years I first used to go with my dad when I was about 15 to get my tea & 6 years on im almost 22 now and I still go there, kids meal number 2 with a rio is my usual order, they always know. Delicious kebab meat is full of flavour And only made better with a good helping of mint sauce .. chips are as you would think from any takeaway but cooked well And got a free meat samosa to try ... And have to say best meat samosa I've had from any takeaway in manchester Will be back again when up chester road. Thanks great food and very polite service from the staff ( possibly owners )”

“Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.”
