I was served by a gentleman called Dillion, he really understands his customers and was exemplary in which he held himself whilst attending to his customers, from observation he anticipated customers needs and was well presented, well spoken & polite. “I eat here once or twice a week. Consistently friendly staff. And unlike some cafés in this price range they are happy to substitute alternative items for no extra cash on their set meals. They have a veggie breakfast, which I've not tried, but I have no idea how vegan their veggie meals are. Well placed for a meal or a quick cuppa when changing from bus to tram at Trafford Bar, but get there before 2 as they close at half past!”

“Lovely early morning breakfast today, the cafe was busy already at 0920. The service was quick the food was served hot drinks were hot and the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was clean and the location was lovely. Christmas tree has been put up the Christmas feel is out , love it. Staff are lovely one even said is it too early for Christmas ? But what let them down was there was no soap in the loo’s! I went into two loo’s there was no soap first thing in the morning. It should have been replenished, if it had ran out. A replacement of a pump soap may be ? This is a let down!!! Restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are pleasant. The decor is lovely.”

“Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.”

“Very beautiful space with good food. The options are decent enough for the type of setting. They have a kids menu as well. We had the chicken and bacon club sandwich, sweet potato fries and halloumi fries. The food looked good and tasted really great. Some seats were just beside the window that overlooks the ski. There's also a balcony that gives a good view of the ski”
