The turnaround time has gone up a bit since they opened but that's just because we in Northenden have been keeping them so busy! He even took a small repair off me, ran it through the machine in a minute and gave it straight back without charging me for the job one day which was a lovely gesture. Nice friendly people. “Fresh Fibres operative was very polite, arrived promptly following a phone call saying that he was on his way, and helped me to move some heavy items to facilitate the cleaning of my spare bedroom, and hall, stairs and landing carpets. The carpets now look and smell much better - almost as new for my 25 year old carpet, and I am really pleased with the quality of the company's work and service at a cost that I felt was reasonable and competitive. No hesitation in giving a 5☆ rating”

Unfortunately it was too small, I contacted them and they were absolutely brilliant. Advised me to send the suit back. “Absolutely love this dry cleaner. You wouldn’t believe the state of my white jacket, it had been trampled on and make up thrown over it but this dry cleaner in Sale really got all the stains out. I’m so impressed, I even tried to tip them but they didn’t let me as they said they take pride in their work. Highly recommend their cleaning services and I’ll definitely be back!”

I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill.
