“Excellent service. We had someone package up computer equipment to send. When Pack & Send collected them they informed me that they were insufficiently packed and provided photographs which showed how woeful the packing was. They offered to unpack the items and repack them correctly and when I received them the other end I was extremely pleased with how well they were packed. You could have dropped the box and the items inside would have been fine. High quality service.”

“I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain. “Stayed at travelodge lodge central arena as we were staying in Manchester seeing a show, ordered Don Bravo at 11.30pm, arrived before midnight however was missing 2 chips. I rung them and within 15 minutes they had delivered 2 piping hot fresh chips. Food was really good, service was great. I would recommend as well as order again. Thank you.”
