“Getting there by public transport/foot: So I got the 192 from Manchester City Centre and you want to get off at Belmont Way, it's the stop after Belmont Bridge which is near Topps Tiles and Boots Opticians. You then follow Belmont Way all the way around and cross over to the left when you reach the ASDA mini shop and Farm Foods, keep walking up when you get to the corner you will see JYSK it's between Halfords and Wickes. It's about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace when you get off the 192. Store and Customer Experience: The actual store is very tidy and displays are done very well. It's shows a great range of products as well as incredible prices. As for customer service, it's probably the best I have experienced to date from any shopping experience. I have made a few visits and you never have the feeling that you would want to speak to a specific staff member over an other, as everyone of them that has helped me with customer service has been fantastic. An incredible team for customer experience. Delivery Service: They use a company called AnyVan. I purchased a 3-seater sofa and I could pick how many people I wanted to deliver it and what day (Mon - Fri). So one person delivering will be one price and an extra drivers mate will cost a little more. My sofa delivery price was £27 and for a drivers mate it would have been £40 but I wanted to keep cost down and was more than able to help the driver. They also have a great tracking system and the day before delivery will give you an estimated time slot, so keep checking your emails. I also made a measurement mistake and unfortunately I couldn't get the sofa through the communal areas. I called JYSK back after arranging a paid sameday collection from AnyVan and was then able to go back to the store to exchange it for a 2-seater sofa. Again. Great service on behalf of AnyVan and JYSK. Now I have my 2-seater sofa and will be going back for the armchair on my next pay day :D.”

She was so chatty and kind to us and was so helpful offering us bubble wrap for a light we brought. If the manager sees this please thank her for us!”

“Absolutely superb, run like a well oiled machine & not expensive! Having lost my parents recently I needed some beds and lounge furniture removed along with clearance of a garage full of absolute rubbish accumulated over 60 years. The team of 2 that attended were hugely efficient, friendly, helpful and extremely quick - all done and loaded within 2 hours which would’ve taken us at least 24 hrs! They even swept leaves and cobwebs up in garage before they left - above and beyond. I would highly recommend Hole in the Wall. Thanks for everything guys!”

“Jess and Chelsea have proven to be commited to providing customers with the very best experience. They are endearing, warm, kind and helpful. Not just towards me but how I observed them helping other customers too. I had a situation where my ring caused an allergic reaction with my skin. I hadn't kept my receipt from 2 weeks prior. Yet Store Manager Chelsea along with Jess saw to it that I was supported in contacting Customer Services, even speaking directly with them in my behalf. The customer service were very understanding of my situation allowed me to trade in the ring up to the lowest Value its been on record. I'm very grateful to the staff. The store is in great hands under Chelsea's management. As for Jess, I learned today she is a temp for Christina's holidays. You would be a fool to let her go. “My son had some basketball trainers and the paint had started chipping on them . I took them to blue Bee sneaker and they worked their magic! They managed to touch up the paint loss areas beautifully - the colours matched spot on and you wouldn't know they'd had paint chip off. Service was great and turnaround was fast.”

Have been to another place the owner had before this shop to find my granddaughter a bracket and got a perfect 1 for her that has a butterfly on it absolutely perfect. So when my daughter wanted a bracelet for her birthday then we wanted to go to the same jewellers so we went to his new place and it was definitely worth the trip. She looked at some that were on display then asked to look at a couple and was shown them and got passed the 2 she liked too have a closer look. With that being said,… This establishment is made with love, passion, blood, sweat, and determination that came from its owner, Jori Lakars, aka Hott Mama, aka The Mama who always gave herself goals and standards that benefited the world to the fullest and implemented the highest standards possible. A quick glance at her path shows that she has been successful in the industry well known in a way that the number of 5 reviews or social media followers will not reflect. I met her personally only once before she moved to England about 17 years ago. She was working in a popular tattoo shop in Wicker Park that I won’t name. ( if you know, you know) the had long ravenous hair and substantially fewer tattoos. Although I had met many women who were in the industry, few were celebrated by their peers. The shop posted a large banner in the front window that said ‘we have a female tattoo artist.’ I had never seen that before even in a liberal city like Chicago. Soon after that, every shop in the area had at least one ‘female.’ She went on to work at many of the best rated shops and worked on the best artists in the business as clients. When she moved, we were sad yet proud to see that she was following her passion overseas. She would wonder up one of the top artists anywhere she worked. She finally got her own place and put every ounce of work into it. Sadly, she had just acquired two young brilliant talents just recently. A couple of weeks ago, she passed away in a car accident without any warning. I t is a shock that she is gone and her energy is eternally resting. I have known her half of my life and I have never known anyone like her. A true inspiration and individual person who is driven to create. If you are lucky enough to have had a moment with her, you know what I mean. Love to her local community from Chicago. We were all lucky enough to be together for as long as we could,…… Cheers to Jori.”

I can say that Daniel Scott delivered everything i expected. If you are looking for a true in-frame, bespoke kitchen which is timeless in it's design and will stand the test of time with the quality of workmanship you will really narrow down your options of who can really deliver this. Daniel Scott did not disappoint and were on-time and on-budget. My kitchen has been fitted for over a year now (yes apologies it took so long to write my review) and it still looks brand new. The quality, craftmanship and the installation process were all to a very high standard, everything feels very solid and smooth. If you are opting for a true in-frame kitchen, by definition they are not cheap, but i definitely feel i got great value for a top quality kitchen. The beauty of this type of kitchen is the timeless design and high quality materials, when it needs updating i will just have it painted another colour. I would highly recommend to anyone.”
