I was served by a gentleman called Dillion, he really understands his customers and was exemplary in which he held himself whilst attending to his customers, from observation he anticipated customers needs and was well presented, well spoken & polite. “I was staying in Manchester as l was visiting and was feeling unwell and spoke to 111 who ordered a prescription for me. They said they would send it there but they did not they had sent it to another pharmacy. The pharmacist told me not to worry he would ring them up to cancel it and release the prescription and then he could do it for me. It took 5 minutes and he saved me having to walk to another chemist. Really good service. Would recommend them.”

“Came in yesterday at around 7 to grab some food and a quick drink with a friend, Keira on the bar was lovely, very friendly, chatty & pours a lovely pint! Despite having a queue at the bar she still managed to keep a smile on her face and give every guest the best & quickest service possible. She even told us about a great deal on the restaurants app for two for one on the cakes, which we used to get desserts for when we was finished! The food was amazing, we had a farm giant burger and a mixed grill. Wonderfully cooked and presented! Will definitely be returning here!”

The food, as always, was amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served piping hot. But it was the outstanding service that made this visit the best Nando’s experience I’ve ever had. “All you can Eat Thia Restaurant located in the orient food court. Just over £20 per head, plenty of seating, there's a small service charge of 5 %. Our server was Toon who was lovely, excellent attentive service. Many thanks Toon for looking after us. Food was amazing very authentic various dishes, small salad bar and a good selection of sweets with a help yourself icecream machine. There is also a fully licensed bar serving traditional Thia beer. All in all very good value for money with excellent service in this relaxed Thia restraunt. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thiakhun.”

“I've been going to The Urmston regularly for almost 10 years now! My friends and I started going to the Pub Quiz there on Thursdays back in 2016 and we still go to this day! We've made many friends through the quiz and we love all of the locals too. The staff here have always made us feel welcome and that's why we still go week in, week out! Plus, the food is really good too! My family and I often enjoy dropping in for a Sunday dinner now and again.”

Every gaming and fun place can have ups and downs with maintenance and games but it's they way how they handles it and how quickly they act on it We celebrated our twin boys birthday had lots of fun. Unfortunately I forgot the names of staff members but we were booked today afternoon for birthday party 12:00 pm And our host Hijabi girl she was awesome top notch customer service and hospitality. Best place to have kids and adults birthday party or you can just have get together or fun day out as adults or for kids”

“I am a fan of Chinese food. So I was really expecting good food and wao and I got good food. Tasty, beef in my udon noodles was so tender and juicy. The Malaysian spicy chiken rice was really good. The stir fry on rice was a bit less, but it was so tasty that I just inhaled it. I would definitely be going again and again. The service was really good. Very good communication.”

“Very beautiful space with good food. The options are decent enough for the type of setting. They have a kids menu as well. We had the chicken and bacon club sandwich, sweet potato fries and halloumi fries. The food looked good and tasted really great. Some seats were just beside the window that overlooks the ski. There's also a balcony that gives a good view of the ski”
