“From an initial telephone call to Gemma enquiring about a suitable gas oven I was emailed promptly with photos and prices of a selection available. Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. “Shelly managed to fit me in last minute on a Saturday afternoon after the salon I was booked to go to let me down. I expected a bit of a simple, quick service being later but Shelly was friendly, listened to what kind of style I like and took her time. She understood exactly what I wanted during the consultation and design phase and gave me lots of options to choose from. Matt, Nick and team were excellent, professional and courteous throughout. The design has worked really well including the dimensions and layout. As part of the work the hob mantle was tweaked and improved from design to installation by the fitter and were thrilled with the end result. They went the extra mile and we have a great kitchen now.”
