“We went for the classic afternoon tea. We usually don't like the top dessert layer but this was the best one we ever had. The food was fresh. Scones just out of the over. The service was attentive but not overbearing which is the perfect balance. I would recommend it to try the alcoholic drinks too they had a great collection. Not many tea options but the ones we tried were very good quality with nice taste. A place we would definately re visit when they change the menu.”

“I love it here. I come all the time for food and/or drinks. Every time the staff and experience is brilliant. The cocktails are unique and inventive. They also do happy hour on the cocktails and oysters! Food is lovely and creative too. They change the menus seasonally, which means you get to try lots of different stuff each time you visit.”

“I popped into Sykes for the first time today and had a lovely breakfast with butchers sausages and bacon, perfectly cooked eggs and all the trimmings. The coffee was delish! “A charming little restaurant with beautiful, wholesome, Polish food. The service was excellent too, the team were super friendly and very keen to chat! The food arrived promptly and everything was clearly freshly made and tasted delicious. We had starters and mains washed down with honey beer (yum!) and finished off with homemade Polish cakes. The portions were generous too. I would definitely go back, we had a great experience.”

“I attended a 50th birthday in the Cuckoo space. Very intimate and well presented space. We caught the tram to Prestwich and it was only a five minute walk away. Recommended for low key parties”

“I always make an effort to visit here, it’s my favourite pub and well worth the 45 minute train journey! Nice staff and they always have decent beers on tap which are always changing and have a lot of bottles to choose from as well. There are board games and snacks too for those who fancy that.”

“My order was a delivery order which was straight forward to use through Uber Eats! Porky Pigs Cafe made placing my order straight forward & clear. I could watch my order through the Uber Eats app being prepared right up until delivery where I then received a phonecall from the Uber Eats Driver informing myself my order had arrived & was at my front door, (the driver was identified to me as soon as my order was out for delivery). This was a very safe delivery with extremely quick & good service! The food itself was of a very generous size. My order was a large Yorkshire Pudding filled with bacon, sausage, fried egg & a hash brown with potato fries in a rather cute cardboard box & a large bottle of apple juice. I had the option to choose cutlery & a straw, which I chose, (& was free of charge). The food was so tasty, a good temperature & presented really well. The price was £18:14, which is quite expensive but this does include the Service Fee of £1:40 & a Delivery Fee of £2:97, so the actual meal was £13:95.”
