The house itself is breathtaking. The solar is probably up there with the best rooms I've ever visited in a historic house setting. The guide outside the room was delightfully chatty, friendly and informative. Made us feel so welcome. It was great to see some of the conservation set up that they have on the go. We finished with a brisk walk around the grounds to finish the day.”
