My car had an obscure issue which took several weeks to get to the bottom of, and most people faced with the same challenge would have fobbed me off to go back to a main dealer, who would have charged me a fortune to fix the problem. Instead Noman took time over several visits checking and testing things, ordering parts etc to try to save me money. In the end he successfully fixed the issue, and saved me a load of money in the process. Several weeks down the line and everything is working perfectly and I'm delighted. “Fresh Fibres operative was very polite, arrived promptly following a phone call saying that he was on his way, and helped me to move some heavy items to facilitate the cleaning of my spare bedroom, and hall, stairs and landing carpets. The carpets now look and smell much better - almost as new for my 25 year old carpet, and I am really pleased with the quality of the company's work and service at a cost that I felt was reasonable and competitive. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me a spare battery for the remote, they allowed me to charge my phone, and they even went and bought me a new battery to try in the remote.
