“Myself and my partner have been going to Susi's yoga class for a couple of months. We are complete beginners. The class is very relaxed and, informal, and Susi is great at giving instruction so you can follow her. She has a lovely calming presence and makes everyone feel welcome. Chris helped me get back running after 2 bad calf tears where other physio's hadn't managed to. He gave me a strength and conditioning programme individual to my needs. “This is a fantastic rehabilitation centre! It has everything you need all under one roof for every part of your rehabilitation and onwards. It is fully accessible for all disabilities. I can't rate this place highly enough for everything they do. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. It has a WRVS cafe which is open until 2pm each day. Free Wifi Offer transport services for appointments. Which you do need to book in advance. This centre offers: Specialist Rehabilitation Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Prosthetists, Orthotists Postual Care Specialists and Counselling. Physiotherapy Gym, Wheelchair services, Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics - casting and fitting rooms for both children and adults, Rehabilitation Counselling. The Manchester Prosthetic User Association and Manchester Wheelchair User Group are based here to offer Peer to Peer support to the centre's users. It also has a great resource area with lots of information and event details from numerous charities - Wheel Power, Limbless Association, Limb Power, Blesma, Reach, MacMillan Cancer Support, ManFit, Age UK, LimbCare and many more. The Ability Matters Store is here too, which stocks disability aids and equipment. The lovely staff can help you find exactly what you need to make your daily routine easier. Plus plenty of accessible car-parking.”

“I have suffered with a long term injury for several years, many therapists have claimed to be able to treat and solve this injury, however with no success. I was referred to Suzanne by a friend and I have to admit I was sceptical at first but my treatment has been explained to me in great detail where I have always been informed of my progression and the next stages which I will be completing in due course. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs treatment or feels their own treatment isn't progressing as it should. Excellent service.”

Daniel was extremely thorough and professional in first understanding where the pain was and identifying the likely root cause/s of it and then administering suitable treatment to the right parts of the body to alleviate the pain. He also provided me with some simple exercise routines so I can do them regularly at home and free up muscle stiffness and build strength to prevent the pain issues returning.
