“I can highly recommend John I’ve only had one treatment with him so far but I’m already feeling the benefit. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and reasonably priced. He assessed my needs and then went on to explain exactly what he was doing during treatment. I have another appointment soon and have high hopes of gaining full mobility in my shoulder.”

“We have been seeing Jenny for over 2 years since our son was 8 weeks old. He was born with Spina Bifida, we started going to Jenny to ensure he was meeting all his mobility milestones. Jenny is really experienced and knowledgeable, helped so much with advice, and lots of tasks to practice at home. Seeing Jenny has been one of the best decisions we made. Our son has full mobility and probably would have had anyway however having regular appointments has given us the opportunity to learn how to help his walking journey with confidence and guidance. She has picked up on things we wouldn’t spot which helped when we meet with the consultants. Would really recommend”

The class is very relaxed and, informal, and Susi is great at giving instruction so you can follow her. She has a lovely calming presence and makes everyone feel welcome. I'm really impressed with her knowledge and skill of yoga. It has helped me sleep better too.”

“Fab service as always! I was referred to Chris via a specialist I saw and it was the best thing he could have done. Chris helped me get back running after 2 bad calf tears where other physio's hadn't managed to. He gave me a strength and conditioning programme individual to my needs. Chris is very knowledgeable and supportive and offers advice which has helped me loads. Chris comes very highly recommended.”

“I have suffered with a long term injury for several years, many therapists have claimed to be able to treat and solve this injury, however with no success. I was referred to Suzanne by a friend and I have to admit I was sceptical at first but my treatment has been explained to me in great detail where I have always been informed of my progression and the next stages which I will be completing in due course. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs treatment or feels their own treatment isn't progressing as it should. Excellent service.”

“⭐ 10 / 10 service from Lucy! I went to Lucy with over 2 years of knee pain, constantly taking breaks between inflammation, running on a pain gauge, and getting no further with with an unsuccessful physio elsewhere, I felt like I was hitting a brick wall. After listening to my concerns, she diagnosed me correctly and helped me rehab, and after a few months l am so happy to be back doing what I love. Thank you so much Lucy for all your lovely support, I would recommend to anyone☺️”

“I went to see Daniel about lower back pain issues I had. Daniel was extremely thorough and professional in first understanding where the pain was and identifying the likely root cause/s of it and then administering suitable treatment to the right parts of the body to alleviate the pain. He also provided me with some simple exercise routines so I can do them regularly at home and free up muscle stiffness and build strength to prevent the pain issues returning. I feel so much better now and would highly recommend Daniel to anyone who like me has struggled to find a solution. Dave G”
