“Great venue for any celebration or even a nice pint on a sunny day. Whole place was spotlessly clean each time I've visited. Staff couldn't do enough for us on the night of the event and were so nice to everyone. I will definitely hire again, the setting is lovely as it is right next to the canal running through Marple. Plenty of parking space too”

Had Spaghetti Bolognese, chicken burger for my partner and the 4 season garlic bread which actually tastes like garlic. Not like the cardboard shite round here. Thank you guys. “Fiona has been my hairdresser for many years. She always does a great job with cuts and colours, and is very knowledgeable about what’s needed to make your hair how you want it. I love that Fiona is very friendly and we always have a good chin wag. She is always very welcome at my house. Throughout covid Fiona has always worked within all the guidelines and I have always felt very safe when she is doing my hair in my home .”

“11 of us visited on the 20/06/25 for a birthday meal. I hadn't eaten from the Spice Tower for over 6 years when it was under previous management following a poor takeaway. WOW it has changed. I had a takeaway a few weeks ago to test it out before booking for my stepsons birthday meal out and loved it. The family attended for said birthday last night and everybody agreed that the food was delicious and the service great. I personally had the tamarind prawns to start and the chum chum mix for main and couldn't fault it. Great value for money to. I think I've found a new favourite.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of this Solicitor. My elderly and vulnerable parents needed to have their IDs verified for a house sale. They couldn’t walk to the office of Bishop and Co. without exposing themselves to the threat of the Covid virus. One of the company’s representatives (unfortunately I don’t have their name) actually dropped around at my parent’s house, picked up their documents, took them back to the office to fulfil their verification requirements then returned the paperwork and documents to my parents house on their way home. This for me was an act of kindness For which I and my parents are quite overwhelmed by especially given that the charge made for everything was a mere £10. Thank you so very much to Bishop and Co. “I used MJL Refridgeration today as my fridge freezer developed a fault. Mike came the same day and quickly diagnosed the faults. He had the replacement parts with him and repaired the fridge freezer very competently. Mike was very pleasant and the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I fully recommend this company to anyone having fridge freezer issues and will definitely be using them again in the future.”
