“I personally had a very good experience with GC Business Finance. But my loan was sorted via The British Business bank who helped me with my business plan, and after a few weeks and amendments, they facilitated a start up loan with GC. From the moment it was approved it took around 7 days for the funds to hit my account and I am now on my way to getting started thanks to British Business Bank and GC Business Finance. I can not speak on behalf of others, but for myself it has been a pleasure. Others mention the wait times for calls if you have problems, but all you need to do is press 1 on your keypad and you stay in line and they call you back. As I say, I was told the wait time would be 100 mins and the automated service advised me if I wanted I could get a call back by simply pressing 1, it read back my number and in less than an hour I received my call, no issues, staff very friendly. I will say this, I emailed them recently and they never replied to the email. If any problems arise in the future I will update, but for now, I am happy.”
