The Dentist (who was a Portuguese lady, I didn't catch her name but wanted to identify her) and her Hygienist were excellent. They both had an excellent manner at putting me at ease and were very gentle (considering the relatively brutal procedure that I needed to have carried out). “Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!”
