“I can’t recommend my physiotherapy sessions highly enough. I came in with ongoing pain and weakness in my left hip and leg it was affecting my life during the day, sleeping and unfortunately I had to give up playing my tennis too because of the pain. Thanks to their expert care and tailored exercise plan I’m now back on court playing padel tennis again, pain-free and getting stronger every week. Every session was professional, supportive and genuinely effective. They took the time to understand the root of the problem and worked with me to rebuild strength and mobility step by step. He's very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong with my hamstrings in a clear and easy to understand way. He also followed up with useful information after the appointment. With Liz’s expert advice, magic hands and wisdom, in just a handful of sessions the pain and problem were no more. Following on from this treatment Liz recommended I try regular back, neck and shoulder massages to help prevent the problem reoccurring. She recommended Maria. Oh my days, Maria’s massages are beyond fantastic! I really look forward to the appointments and can definitely recommend them. “Brilliant place, been going for several years for my MOT and Service and they're always well priced and super flexible at getting me booked in. Recently had a bigger problem with my car, called them up and they booked me in and fixed the issue in the same day, price was much better than expected and they explained clearly what the issues were. The service they have is fantastic, super friendly and genuine.”

“Fantastic garage, very nice helpful staff, we always use them for our MOTs servicing etc. noticed a grinding noise from brakes recently and when I contacted them they said bring it now and we’ll check it out as I was worried it wasn’t safe to drive, booked us in for new discs and pads as we were towing a caravan a few days later, highly recommended”

“We visited the shop today and were extremely happy with the service we received. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We went in for football boots and the owner gave my children tennis balls for free and even played 'football' with my son. It started to rain lightly when we were leaving and they even offered to lend us an umbrella. We will definitely go back again.”

“Been coming here for a couple of years now. It’s a great setup and has absolutely everything you need with regards to health and well being. That said, what really makes this place shine isn’t the facilities, it’s the great bunch of staff who run the place!! They work tirelessly to pull it all together whether it being front of house to help with my random queries or just to say a pleasant hello or goodbye in passing, the PTs who run RIG; Robert, Jack, Joe, Ben (sorry if I missed anyone else out), and the various other sessions from spin to boxercise. My daughter all attends swimming lessons here too… special thanks to Dan for being a great teacher and so good (and patient!) with Charlotte in her growth and development. Thanks to Scott for always being so accommodating with our families busy timetable and helping us find suitable dates and times. Keep up the good work guys, a very well done to you all!”
