That said, what really makes this place shine isn’t the facilities, it’s the great bunch of staff who run the place!! They work tirelessly to pull it all together whether it being front of house to help with my random queries or just to say a pleasant hello or goodbye in passing, the PTs who run RIG; Robert, Jack, Joe, Ben (sorry if I missed anyone else out), and the various other sessions from spin to boxercise. My daughter all attends swimming lessons here too… special thanks to Dan for being a great teacher and so good (and patient!) with Charlotte in her growth and development. Thanks to Scott for always being so accommodating with our families busy timetable and helping us find suitable dates and times. Keep up the good work guys, a very well done to you all!”

The changing facilities are clean and modern. I would say it's really good value for money. I've never used the swimming pool, so can't comment on that, but it looks modern. There's a nice seating area with cafe in the entrance area.”
