“Stayed a couple of weeks ago and loved it. The location is super just next to trinity centre. The hotel is modern and the rooms are absolutely spotless. Please thank the housekeeping staff. We had exec lounge added to booking and it was well worth it. Lovely evening food and super drinks. Great value when you think of city prices. A lovely staff member cleared tables but chatted to all customers on what their plans were. But what made this so special was that Natasha on front desk remembered our room preference and remembered our names and had the biggest smile ever!! “Visited via attending a birthday party for a 3 year old It was presented well, clearly time taken to make sure that the birthday girl had her name in lights Safety features magnetised gate, high counters out of reach for enquiring hands It was good to have a private party. Food was appropriate and just as requested The play area was just ours to explore, the children loved it. The staff were fabulous, making sure children enjoyed themselves, making sure that food was ready on time, cake cutting was prepared ensuring that all present has a good time.”

“Both my son and currently my daughter have enjoyed being part of the Little Gym. The instructors are fabulous and have brought their gymnastic skills on fabulously though fun and imaginative games. Great for burning off lots of energy after school and my daughter loves the holiday clubs which have lots of varied activities including crafts. My little girl's birthday party was also hosted at the Little Gym and she and her friends had an amazing time.”

“I had a minor surgery at Spire today and the only word I can describe is pleasant. It was my first surgery in the UK and I had no one to come with me as everyone was busy. Katy White, the ward sister made me felt like I had a family member with me throughout the procedure. I told her I was anxious as this is my first time and she made sure I felt safe, checking in on me to the point she was already waiting for me in my room before I came back from the operation theatre. She reminded me of my mom when she gave me post operation care instructions before I left the hospital as she made sure I remember all the steps and such haha. I would also like to mention Sue, Frazer and David who helped me inside the operation theatre. They helped me distract myself from the procedure as I was very anxious. Because of them, it almost felt like I was with my group of friends, talking about Otley run and such. Diane was an angel who took care of my meals. Even though I told her I am not picky, she made sure she goes through all the menu and that I get the best meal suited for my taste. And last but not least, Dr. Ian Beckley. Amazing is an understatement when it comes to him. The surgery was quick, neat and subtle to the point I almost fell asleep. His precise decision making made me feel safe during the surgery and he knew how to build trust between us throughout our interaction. Overall, Spire made my very first surgical experience in the UK a very pleasant experience. :)”

“Yesterday we held our 4 year old's party here at Leapfrogs. This is the second year in a row that we have held our little ones party here. Yet again, the staff at Leapfrogs were very attentive and asked us how we wanted the day rather than pushing us to certain times like other places we have been. Our son has a severe nut allergy, which they catered for so that he didn't feel excluded. No one at the party experienced any issues with the softplay itself or with the food and drink. The food provided as part of the party was just what 4 year olds needed to refuel and keep playing afterwards. All in all everybody had a brilliant time and I believe some of our friends will be booking their children's party here in the future. Thanks again, guys. Keep up the good work!”
