Fresh meat in Altrincham

“Visited here today and had a great meal. The Gurkha beer is really nice, I told myself I'd only have one as they're 660ml but I ended up having 2 as they were so good. Ended up having the mixed main as a starter but if I went again I'd just have several portions of the lamb chops, the rest of the meat was very nice (quite spicy for anyone worried about spice) but the lamb chops were amazing. Had the duck masala main and the lamb Gurkha curry, would highly recommend the Gurkha Curry it was fantastic, the duck was nice it's different than most Curries so if you want something more aromatic it's something to try. Bread was nice, poppadoms nice and the chutneys were good too. Between 2 of us spent £77 but had separate sides, rice's and effectively 3 main courses and a couple of beers/soft drinks so I'd say it was good value for the quality and quantity of meat. Give it a try, you won't regret it.”

“It's been 9 months now, that i have been in the UK, had around 7-8 Biryani's but hadn't had a biryani like this. very tasty and full of ghee. loved it. very relaxing atmosphere. Had a peaceful meal. “Visited with work colleagues for a few drinks and had a great time. The bar wasn't overly busy and we were able to talk to one another without shouting which was nice. The drinks were good and not very expensive. The toilets upstairs were clean and tidy even though it was towards the end of the night.”

It took us a while to try Armenian Grill House as, compared to take away pizza or chicken, the prices appear a bit high. But I really wish we'd given them a try earlier, because their fabulous food is worth every penny. Highly recommended!! They will be out go-to take-out from now on!”

“I have been shopping here recently mainly for Indian groceries. They are very polite and courteous towards customers and the groceries that we got are quite fresh and are of good quality. The turnaround time from when you order to when you go pickup is also short that makes life easy! Would definitely recommend to shop Indian groceries.”
